You could say that Simply's has become a bit of a Santa Ponsa institution over the years with the sole mission in life of the bar staff to get you as pissed as humanly possible!! Igor opened the bar at the end of 1998 and it quickly became a very popular drinking spot where you are guaranteed a warm welcome from the staff - everyone says they are coming in "for one", but end up staying till we close (at a rather respectable 3am)!

 

The free shots you get with every drink you buy are without a doubt the best in town and guaranteed to get your night off to a good start, although as a warning to you all, some will blow your head off...

 

There's plenty to keep you amused in the air-conditioned bar with sports events being shown daily on Sky, pool tables, loads of daft photos and of course the mad antics of the staff.  Take a peek at the ceiling behind the bar and you'll see our ever-expanding collection of undies (the boys are very proud of this), and feel free to add to it!!

 

Our DJ plays some great tunes, from all the big anthems to something you've never heard before, with something to suit every taste.

 

Oh, and we can't forget to mention the unique drinks and cocktails you can sample here - the Barman's Special is simply the best (hey, it isn't called Simply's for nothing!!)
